IEP, 504, and Behavior Support

What We Do
We partner with families at every stage of the IEP and 504 process, including:

Our Credentials
Our IEP and 504 advocacy services are led by a team of two experienced professionals. Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) brings clinical expertise and direct experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, and behavioral differences in school settings. Our doctoral-level educator holds advanced training in special education advocacy through Wrightslaw, one of the most respected special education law training programs in the country. Depending on your child's needs, you may work with one or both of us — either way, you are in highly qualified hands.
In addition to advocacy, we offer ABA behavior support services for students who need direct, structured intervention beyond the IEP meeting. Ask us about our behavior support packages during your discovery call.
Our Services

IEP Essentials Package - $500
For families who need focused, targeted support at a critical moment. Includes a full review of your child's current IEP or evaluation documents, preparation for one upcoming meeting, attendance at that meeting, and a written summary of outcomes and recommended next steps.

Includes up to 5 hours of direct advocacy support. Additional hours billed at $175/hour.

IEP Full Support Package - $2000
Comprehensive advocacy for one complete IEP cycle. Includes email support, attendance at all meetings during the cycle, review of all evaluations and school communications, and ongoing guidance from initial planning through final document review.

Includes up to 15 hours of direct advocacy support over one IEP cycle. Additional hours billed at $175/hour.

Build Your Own - $175/hour
Every family's situation is different. If your needs don't fit neatly into a package, we will work with you to create a custom support plan at our hourly rate. Whether you need help with a single document, ongoing consultation, or something in between, we will build exactly what you need.
